Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for AIbert X purchases made through the web, iOS, or Android versions of our product.
Overview
AIbert X uses a freemium business model. Many features are free; premium features require a paid subscription. Refund rules depend on where you purchased your subscription:
- Web purchases → processed by Paddle
- iOS purchases → processed by Apple
- Android purchases → processed by Google Play
Because these payment platforms act as the Merchant of Record, AIbert X cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple or Google Play.
Refunds for Web Purchases (Paddle)
All purchases made on the AIbert X website are processed securely through Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Protection Policy allows refunds under the following conditions:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied or the product did not function as expected.
- Refunds requested after 14 days are generally not eligible.
- Refund approval is at Paddle’s discretion.

Refunds for iOS Purchases (Apple App Store)
If you subscribed using the Apple App Store, Apple manages billing and refunds. We cannot access, modify, or refund Apple transactions.

If you subscribed through Google Play, Google manages all billing and refunds.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you notice a duplicate or unauthorized transaction:
- Web purchases → contact Paddle
- iOS purchases → contact Apple
- Android purchases → contact Google Play
