AIbert X uses a freemium business model. Many features are free; premium features require a paid subscription. Refund rules depend on where you purchased your subscription:

Because these payment platforms act as the Merchant of Record, AIbert X cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple or Google Play.

Refunds for Web Purchases (Paddle)

All purchases made on the AIbert X website are processed securely through Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Protection Policy allows refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds for iOS Purchases (Apple App Store)

If you subscribed using the Apple App Store, Apple manages billing and refunds. We cannot access, modify, or refund Apple transactions.
